​I recently purchased a Featherweight and wanted a thread cutter to use with it.  I didn't want the thread cutter to interfere with the beauty or the functionality of the machine so I made it magnetic.  This allows me to move the cutter up out of the way when I want to close the table and take my machine to class.  (I use a purple thread cutter but photographed a green one because it's easier to see!)
