Organize your folded binding with the Binding Wheel. It allows you to easily roll up your folded binding while you are ironing. Set the Binding Wheel next to your sewing machine and the binding will easily roll off as you attach it to your project.

By customer request we now offer additional widths of Binding Wheels:
Each binding wheel is now marked in the center with the size of the slot so you can easily tell them apart.
By customer request we now offer additional widths of Binding Wheels:
- 1 1/4" original slot size (for 2 1/2" binding folded in half)
- 1 1/2" slot (for 3" binding folded in half)
- 1 3/4" slot (for 3 1/2" binding folded in half)
- 2" slot (for 4" binding folded in half)
Each binding wheel is now marked in the center with the size of the slot so you can easily tell them apart.
To use the Binding Wheel:
| 1) Fold and iron your 2 1/2" (or smaller) fabric strips in half. (Use a Third Hand Binding Tool to make the job easier!) 2) Place the folded edge of your binding under one of the rounded supports on the wheel as pictured. This will help guide your fabric and will also apply a little pressure to help it roll onto the wheel smoothly. |

3) Thread the fabric through the slot in the center and pull about 1 1/2-2" through as pictured. This will hold the end of the binding as you turn the wheel. |
| 4) Turn the wheel to roll the binding onto it until you get to a part of the fabric that hasn't yet been ironed. Repeat the ironing rolling process until the full strip of fabric is ironed. |  |

Note: if the fabric is loose on the wheel, you can pull on the fabric and turn the wheel to tighten it. You can store enough binding for a king sized quilt on this wheel! |

Several customers have requested extra wheels to store their binding so now you can purchase an extra wheel (make sure you select the same size as your binding wheel frame). |

The Mega Wheel
The Mega Wheel holds 1,000 inches of binding or an entire jelly roll sewn together!
The Mega Wheel is currently available in the most popular widths (2 1/2" and 1 1/4" and 3"). If you want another size, please contact me and I'll make it for you.

The 2 1/2" Mega Wheel is large enough to hold an entire jelly roll sewn together end to end. This makes creating jelly roll rugs so much easier!

The Mega Wheel also works with the Wheel Clamp to help hold the wheel in place while you are loading your 1,000 inches of fabric onto it. |
