Get a perfectly level measure every time!
To use:
- Mark and cut out the half circle from the top of your salt container using the provided template.
- Press the Salt Lid into place, then twist the top to cover the hole and expose the spout.
- When you need to use a spoon to measure, twist the lid, scoop the salt into the spool and use the edge of the lid to even the top of the spoon for a perfect measurement.
When your salt runs out, simply remove the lid and attach it to a new salt container!
The Salt Lid fits national brand as well as generic salt containers.
The Salt Lid is a custom design that has been 3D printed using PLA (a biodegradable, corn-based plastic). The original concept was my grandmother's--she used to cut the half circle out of the salt container to use measuring spoons. The 3D-printed lid/cover is my addition to her excellent idea!
